Our Client, a Representative Office of a large multinational company (Fortune 500), leader in chemical and agricultural sphere, is announcing opening of Marketing Manager (Agriculture) position. Major requirements to a successful candidate: University Degree (Marketing or Agronomy is a plus), 4+ years experience in agro marketing within international company (crop protection, seeds, agricultural machinery); strong analytical skills, initiative and results oriented. The successful candidate should be self-driven and organized, with good communication skills, team player, talent for building up contacts, with entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting. Good knowledge of English or German is essential for the position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: the entrepreneurial definition of the strategy, the objectives and the implementation of these in the country, draws up the budget and the mid term forecast as well as the planning of investments, budgets for advertising, communication and market research in agreement with the business manager, the business area and the region; is responsible for the content and the implementation of the marketing concepts drawn up by the product managers.
