- technical support of the BSS/OSS system for telecommunication operators via remote access or directly on the site
- responsibility for problem analysis including testing, designing, realization and validation of solutions
- cooperation on system implementation
- communication and cooperation with development division
- training of client technical staff

Education: university degree of electronics or IT
Expirience
- 2 years experience in IT
- expirience with network administrations, LAN,WAN
- expirience with enterprise servers
- expirience with Cisco products would be plus
Knowledge
- OS Windows, Unix\Linux
- LAN, WAN protocols
- DB:Oracle, Microsoft SQL, PLSQL would be plus
- english on intermediate level
- MS Windows\Office
