Description of customers’ business processes;
Development of requirements, specifications, and other technical documentation;
Working closely with customer representatives and internal staff to detect and document requirements to software systems;
*** Requirements
University technical degree or equivalent;
Perfect communicative skills;
Perfect problem-solving skills;
Working experience as a business analyst or in a similar position;
*** Desired knowledge & skills
Familiarity with design patterns;
Programming experience;
Familiarity with business processes of banks;
Working Experience with Rational Products, Math packages;
