Our company is a mortgage and financial solutions broker. It selects the best financial conditions out of a multiple offers from domestic and international banks in order to assure optimal financing for its customers.
Main responsibilities are:
• register and archive different administrative duties such as answering the phone and register; company and customers documentation
• answer customer's basic requests over the phone and by e-mail;
• collect information, documentation from the customers;
• communicate with banks.
Qualifications:
• University Degree (any faculty) or “in progress” (min second year);
• Knowledge of Excel & Word (Microsoft Office) and Internet;
• Knowledge of the credit (banking) sector is a plus;
• English: upper intermediate (business conversation) is a must;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
