We are looking for an unusual individual to shape the creative chaos of PR start-up into well-structured and smoothly running business mechanism.
The founding partners of the company look for opportunity to focus on developing relations with clients and strategic development of the company. Having this idea we are seeking the person to provide a strong backing in managing a range of Very Important Projects in the field of corporate and financial PR.
We see the ideal candidate as a person having such characteristics:
• Strong character with the ultimate ability to focus in the project success
• Strategic thinking combined with a strong practical background
• Experience developing PR/communication strategy and making clients happy with the results
• Pursuit of perfection combined with the feeling of “good enough”
• Commitment to developing partnership relations and delivering excellent communication projects to the clients
• Emitting the aura of order and stability, transforming the ideas into results and deliverables
• Strong knowledge of media industry, both domestic and international
• Strong personal values – “no compromise on quality” among them
• Ability to generate results and demonstrate them to clients
• Budget-savvy
• Good at managing projects, managing people and managing clients expectations
The majority of our projects are related to investments and capital markets so understanding and experience in those sectors in the great plus.
