International real estate company is looking for a Construction Project Manager.
We are looking for an experienced individual who can access and review completed real estate properties under acquisition consideration and who can monitor ongoing development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the due diligence process
- Negotiating with external architects,consultants,general conractors and engineers
- Representing the company in all technical issues before the seller
- Creating technical specifications
- Checking existing technical specifications in view of Western European quality
- Conducting site inspection on behalf of the company
- Controlling time schedules and payments
- Reporting development progress to the Head Office
Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management is required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of overall experience in management of construction and development projects
- Experience in general contracting projects
- Knowledge of HVAC, electricity and technical equipment
- Knowledge of physical requirements (heat insulation, noise insulation)
- Experience in cost, quality and time management (check and controlling)
- Experience in MS-Office and MS Project
- Experience in AutoCAD or similar
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: commercial construction, civil construction,industrial construction
- Ability to create and produce technical assignments and assessments
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial impact of construction
- Russian and English language skills
