Kyiv’s Games (www.kg.com.ua) a subsidiary of Monte Cristo Games (www.montecristogames.com), a leading European game development and publishing company is looking for a Windows developer (Low level programmer) full-time position in Kiev’s (Ukraine) subsidiary.
Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
- 5-years-old experience in software development and engineer-equivalent degree.
- Skills: Experience in operating system architecture and thorough knowledge of Windows.
- Knowledge of OS kernel, WinAPI, SQL, C, Assembler;
- Antivirus scanning engines;
- Heuristic analyze of executed codes;
- Proficiency in English required.
Responsibilities:
- The job will consist in developing an emulation run-time in a Windows environment.
- Good understanding of operating systems inner architecture is a pre-requisite, as well as strong knowledge of Windows internal mechanisms.
- General and detailed specifications will be provided, but comments on the software architecture are welcome.
- The candidate must qualify for rather autonomous behavior, as it is necessary for off-shore team work.
- He must be able to understand the need for and follow common rules for code development quality.
