Our client, a world leading international company, would like to announce the position of Personal Assistant to CEO.
Responsibilities:
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post;
• Organizing Director’s schedule;
• Organizing, maintaining and making appointments;
• Dealing with correspondence and writing letters;
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• Trip management
• On-line translations (oral, written)
Requirements:
• Fluent English
• Responsible, accurate and reliable person
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and to contribute as a team member
