As a result of our branching in Ukraine we are looking for Office Manager for our Office in Illichovsk. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: *Bachelor and higher degree in maritime transportations and shipping related field preferred; * Good knowledge of English both in speech and writing is a must; * Good computer skills; * Working experience is a plus. Responsibilities: * Employees maintenance with all necessary; * Receiving, registration and storing incoming correspondence; * Receiving and directing incoming calls; * E-mail processing; * Search and analysis of necessary information in the Internet.
