My position is Head of Parts Department in VOLVO Construction Equipment Ukraine.
I am responsible for main parts warehouse and the controls on stock, Import / Export and custom clearance routines and respective transport, developing logistics / transport solutions for CE parts distribution over Ukraine, putting into operation and managing a new VCE warehouse
I coordinate work between Head office and dealers and develop Parts Supply Team, provide direct support to Dealers to achieve sales targets, set KPIs and control the work within the function and operate budget. Also, I have chosen and implemented VCE Ukraine IT Business solution - MIF.
Team player, highly motivated personality. I have advanced computer skills (Windows95/98/2000/XP, Microsoft Business Solutions – Navision; MS Office: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Corporate Inventory Management Software, qualified Internet user) and high presentation skills.
Fluent English, literate Ukrainian and Russian.
Driving licence (10 years of driving experience, B-category)
