Western FMCG Company in Ukraine widens its activities and invites successful specialists to obtain the position of SALES DIRECTOR
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in different Sales functions within a top performing multinational FMCG company
- Additional experience in other fields (e.g. Marketing or Finance) would be an advantage
- Potential to take over General Manger position within 3-5 years
- Fluent English (German as a 2d language would be an advantage)
Personal profile:
Mature person with significant sales experience, lobbying charisma. Strong personality, able to represent the Company and himself/ herself well
Scope of responsibilities:
- Build up new business relationships with potential clients
- Coordination of all sales activities in Ukraine
- Develop and implement country sales business plans and strategies for short, medium and long-term business processes
- Participate in brand developments, evaluate the results
- Identify key accounts, develop precise understanding of the corresponding organizational structures, financial status, decision making procedures and other relevant information
Level of fixed salary: from UDS 5000 + bonus, company car, medical insurance
