Now we are looking for experienced person, who as a part of System Group and will do schedule optimization tasks, analyze and optimize algorithms of organizing, problem solving, control of work load and work distribution for call-center agents.
The candidate should meet the following requirements:
• PhD or MS degree in Applied mathematics, Cybernetics, Computer Science or equivalent;
• Experience in analysis and development of optimization algorithms;
• 4 years working experience in combinatorial optimization and its application for resource scheduling problems; constraint programming and constraint satisfaction techniques; linear and integer programming techniques and methods;
• Working experience with C++;
• Multi-threaded programming and Object Oriented Design experience;
• Ability to work in distributed multi-cultural environment, good communication skills, ability to provide solutions on both high and detailed levels;
• English – strong reading and writing skills.
Major responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• Design and develop new resource scheduling and other optimization algorithms
• Maintain and innovate existing scheduling and optimization algorithms. Integrate new algorithms with existing ones;
• Unit test and performance test the algorithms and their integrity with the application.
• Effort estimation and ability to work according to time frames;
• Communication with QA, Product Management and Tech support teams ;
• Resolution of customer related and internal requests and prompt update into tracking system;
• Analysis of product requirements.
