Now we have a vacancy for an experienced Quality Engineer, who will work as a member of Quality department.
Quality department is primarily responsible for establishment and improvement of Miratech Quality Management System including Software Engineering and other process areas. Working at this position means working in the leading team driving organizational process establishment.
Major responsibilities:
� Cooperate with the project managers and other software engineering staff in improvement and maintenance of software engineering processes;
� Participate in internal audits;
� Maintain Quality Management System;
� Paticipate in Quality and Process Advisory Board;
� Maintain Information Resources.
The successful candidate meets the following requirements:
- Knowledge of software related standards (CMU/SEI CMM, ISO 9001:2000, etc.);
- 2+ years experience in IT / software engineering;
- Technical documentation development and maintenance skills;
- Computer literacy and Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of English;
- Negotiation skills, ability to work both independently and in a team.
