� Perfect communicative and problem-solving skills;
� Experience as a system architect;
� .NET experience (C#, ASP);
� MS SQL or/and Oracle;
� UML.
Desirable knowledge & skills:

� Familiarity with CRM;
� Familiarity with business processes of banks.
