One of the largest Foreign Media Group of Companies invites experienced professional to obtain HEAD OF SALES position to be responsible for running [hiring, training, goal setting, budget assignments] internet sales organization. Will be personally responsible for developing/maintaining relationship with advertising agencies and clients. Office in Kyiv. Training & frequent visits to Poland.
Requirements:
1. Very good knowledge and understanding of media market in Ukraine. Knowledge of world media trends
2. Experience in working in major advertising agency, servicing (not necessarily in managerial position) international clients
3. [not required but might be an advantage] Experience in working on media side, the best case in sales dept. of internet portal
4. Managerial skills, ability to organize and coordinate work of sales team
5. Great communication skills to use within the organization and most importantly externally
6. Strong negotiation and i management skills
7. Ability to communicate in English in working environment
8. [not required but might be an advantage] Ability to communicate in Polish
