Our client, leading FMCG company in all over the world opens the vacancy: HR Manager
Male/Female: 23-30 years old
Education/Qualifications
Higher education. Good English.
Experience not less than 2 years as HR Manager, HR Director (recruiting agency, FMCG companies...)
Fluent English
Principal Responsibilities
1. Responsible for associates planning and resourcing in his CG based on existing headcount plan. Ensure appropriate calibre of candidates available for assessment.
2. Ensure clear understanding of Mars philosophy and principles by each associate in his client group.
3. Look after consistency of Mars policies and practices within CG.
4. Maintain continuous working relationship with Line Managers and associates to ensure effective P&O support.
5. Be fully informed about attitudes of associates and the working environment within CG.
6. Ensure and create effective communication process.
7. Ensure effective performance measurement system and appraisal process.
8. Monitore medical benefits delivery to the whole CG.
9. Manage assigned projects.
Company offers: salary up 1500 y.e. (white salaty) + socila package (lunch payments, medical insurance, fitness payment) + trainings!!!
