The well-known Ukrainian Law firm is currently looking for a candidate to fill the position of HR specialist.
Responsibilities that this position will include:
� Organization and management of HR process
REQUIREMENTS:
� University degree, trainings
� Work experience over 3 years
� Good awareness of process and methods of recruiting
� Direct search of the staff and organization of the staff's assortment
� Establishment, implement and maintaining of an effective strategy of developing of HR activity
� Ability to fix up a process of recruiting of a highly qualified personal
� Awareness of industrial regulation, juridical aspects of employer�s and employee�s relationship
� Working out of the staff motivation and bonus system and it's introduction
� Good knowledge of English
� Creativity, perseverance and result oriented attitude
