Functions:
Supply chemical/pharmaceutical row materials from foreign manufactures (Europe, Asia, Russia) to Ukraine and sell to the Ukrainian customers.
Job description:
1. Purchase of pharmaceutical raw material abroad:
- Search of manufacturers and suppliers of production;
- Prior analysis of commercial offers;
- Negotiations and the business correspondence with foreign partners (discounts, terms of supply; terms of payment; profits for our company);
- Work with the samples of pharmaceutical products;
- Concluding of Contracts and Agreements with supplying companies;
- Planning and coordination of goods deliveries;
2. Organization of full cycle in goods delivery from chemical row material supplying
companies to the territory of Ukraine (air, automobile, sea, rail goods
transportations):
- Preparing of necessary documents for customs clearance and goods certifications in corresponding state institutions.
- Active cooperation with the transportation companies;
- Work with customs brokers;
- Execution control of mutual payments with foreign partners
3. Registration of pharmaceutical products;
4. Sale of production to pharmaceutical factories and perfumery factories of Ukraine.
6. Creation of a database of foreign manufacturers, suppliers abroad and consumers of production in the Ukrainian market.
