Experience with Rational RequesitePro
Experience with test automation software: Rational Robot and / or Rational Functional Tester
Technical background in software development and maintenance
Solid knowledge of web-based application testing
Programming skills in Java or Visual Basic or C++
Experience with writing SQL scripts
Good spoken English
