Consultant (Brokerage)
Responsibilities:
Sell, buy or rent of the commercial real estate
Searching of the clients
Negotiating with the clients
Account management of the clients
Real Estate Consulting for the clients
Preparing and making of the client contracts
Requirements:
Experience in sales to corporate clients
Previous work in commercial real estate in same position is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiating skills
Fluent English
Advanced PC user
Dynamic, active, energetic and result oriented
