International software development company, is looking to fill Developer position to supplement its existing operations in software development, testing and packaging.
1. EXPERIENCE: advanced knowledge in at least several of the following:
• Environment: UNIX, version control systems (CVS)
• Application Environment: Apache, Mason (modperl-based template engine), MySQL
• Languages: Perl, SQL, PHP, HTML (DHTML, JavaScript), XML, C/C++, Python.
• Scope: Billing Systems, Online Payment Processors, VoIP Softswitch/PBX.
• Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, RADIUS, PBX, Cisco is a plus.
• Good written English is a must; good spoken English is a plus.
2. KEY OBJECTIVES
• Ensure project’s deadlines are met.
• Provide high quality product, which meets the user expectations in terms of both functionality and stability (absence of coding/algorithmic errors).
• Use initiative and vision to propose new areas of product development.
• Follow a defined schedule and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Report on task progress and issues;
• Work both in a team environment and individually.
• Acquire new knowledge; demonstrate proactive learning and continuous development of the skill set.
