FINANCE
 Expanded project financial resolution, provided funds, negotiated long term financial lease expenses and service prices, evaluated acquisition price, accomplished closing transaction - $1.25 ml
 Established strategy plan and merger program, located capital structure terms, estimated revenue increase, cash flows, growth and discount rates, cost of capital, examined tax options
 Managed 120 employees in five functional areas: correspondent account, transactions, loans – portfolio over $50 ml, funds - portfolio more than $100 ml, and currencies – daily encash over $2 ml
 Spearheaded strategically advanced department reorganization program by flattening its vertical structure, integrated executive tasks on head office level
 Extended range of customized bank products and services - loans, deposits, securities, e-banking, and in excess of 100 ATM placements - resulting in opening of five new branches
 Implemented integrated proprietary database management system with annual cost saving of $2 ml
