Flextronics Design Ukraine (Kiev), the IT division of Flextronics International, steadily broadens its activity and requires an English Language Trainer.
In order to be efficient at this position you should have hands-on knowledge:
� Identify and classify needs in English knowledge improvement for all employees of the Company;
� Conduct classes for employees with different level of English knowledge (from Elementary to Advanced);
� Development of English Training Program for all employees of the Company based on overall Company goals, implementation and monitoring its execution;
� Elaboration methodological approaches in teaching English in regard to Company specific.
Our general requirements to the English Language Trainer for this position are the following:
� University Degree in Linguistics (A solid educational background);
� At least 1 year experience in teaching English for groups of 1-10 people;
� PC user;
� Highly organized and responsible;
� Excellent interpersonal skills.
