American-British Software Development Company with representative office in Kiev begins recruitment for high-pro Java specialists for a new project related to Bisness Network Community System.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Successful experience in design and implementation of multi-tier and distributed systems;
• Experience in creating project architecture from scratch. Understanding of reengineering and refactoring processes and approaches;
• Knowledge of software development standards and other accompanying technologies for creating product architecture and design (UML, ERD, templates, patterns);
• Strong experience in OOA, OOD;
• At least 4 years of Java Programming experience. J2EE (JSP, Servlets -Tomcat, Resin; Java Beans, app.servers (JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere); JDBC;
• Knowledge and experience with Spring, Velocity, JSF, Hibernate is a plus;
• More than 3 years of strong experience in Oracle/DB2;
• Excellent communication skills in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conducting researches for identifying most profitable and efficient solutions;
• Management and participation in architectural and design phases of development;
• Full involvement in product design and development; tracking product delivery timelines;
• Working with project manager closely for resolving technical project issues;
• Organizing project documentation life cycle.
