International software development company is looking for an Project Manager to join our expanding team! In this role you will have project management responsibilities as well as hands-on development duties for multiple software projects. To qualify, you must have 5+ years strong project management experience in combination with full life cycle project experience. Also, solid, practical software engineering experience is a must (especially in Web and networking programming areas).
GENERAL DUTIES:
� Create project plans/schedules; task/issue lists, action items, status reports as well as adhere to internal project methodologies;
� Identify and resolve project issues and risks, including tracking, escalation and mitigation;
� Manage, integrate and balance resource/schedule requirements within the project and between this project and other projects at the company where required;
� Report project progress to senior management, identifying issues and offering resolutions;
� Supervise performance and professional development for technical members of the teams;
� Resolve critical issues and technical problems, which require involvement in product design and requirements analysis, as well as implementation and testing phases.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
� Bachelor�s degree in relevant technical (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering) or Science area or equivalent experience.
Minimum Work Experience Requirement:
� Provided technical direction for the development & support of applications with considerable complexity.
� Experience in a regulated industry, preferably in a CRO, pharmaceutical, Biotech or medical company.
� Demonstrated understanding of the software development process with specific experience in systems analysis, design and/or development.
� Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
� Proven ability to provide team leadership within a globally distributed, international environment with cultural differences, various backgrounds and skills.
Salary is white from $1800 to $2200 on-hand.
