Reception and office work
- dealing with telephone requests for information or appointments
- routing phones calls
- recording of messages
- delivery functions
- typing and interpreting functions
- accompanying visitors
PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL SKILLS
- work experience no less than 1 year
- higher education
- fluent in English both in written and verbal
- excellent speaking and writing abilities in Russian and Ukrainian
- PC literacy (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
- knowledge and skills in office work and business etiquette
- back management, quick way of thinking, eager to work, excellent communication skills, highly responsible, motivated for professional growth
- age 20 � 30 years old
- attractive and decent view
