A young and rapid growing company is seeking highly motivated Customer Care Specialists for a full-time job with flexible working schedule (call center services for US customers during morning hours and UK customers service for night shifts).
English native speakers and applicants having experienced living in UK are of great advantage.
Availability to work at weekends is required. Candidates must have excellent communication and computer skills to handle inbound/outbound calls with English-speaking customers. Some knowledge of internet-based sales a definite plus, one year of Call Center or 2 years of customer service experience is desired.
Summary: Answers to all incoming calls and emails from English-speaking customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
• Assist customers on a daily basis via telephone or written correspondence, i.e. Email or trouble ticket system.
• Be professional and efficient while following policy and procedures.
• Provide support to customers on a variety of issues.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
