The international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel is looking for a Mid-level Corporate Lawyer.
Requirements:
3 + years of relevant experience with the Ukrainian or international law firm;
professional experience of conducting international transactions, drafting share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, corporate documents etc.
fluent English is a must; French or German is a plus.
