Technical Writer/Technical Support Expert
Advanced International Translations, Kiev-based translation, localization and software development company with a range of successful software products for the translation industry seeks Technical Writer/Technical Support Expert who will join the team of translators and software developers in Kiev;
Job Description:
- provides e-mail assistance to users around the world;
- writes and updates user-friendly technical manuals and has them validated by native English speakers;
- designs user-friendly product demos and knowledge bases
(training in demo and knowledgebase design tools is available);
- suggests new features;
- reports software bugs;
- continuously upgrades her or his writing style and skills, improves understanding of users' needs.
