An opening for an experienced Software Test Engineer/QA responsible for hands-on functional, system-level, performance and regression testing of complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with Program Managers and Developers, have outstanding organizational skills and a highly disciplined approach toward the testing process. Extensive hands-on test planning, manual and automated testing, tracking, defect analysis, and metrics will be integral components of this position�s responsibilities.
Requirements:
� At least 2 years of Software Test experience
� Experience multi-tiered testing methodologies
� Experience in Oracle DBA or Oracle Development a must
� Ability to develop and execute test plans successfully.
� Proficiency in software test methodologies with regards to manual testing planning, execution, defect tracking and metrics analysis
� Excellent communication (both written and oral), problem-solving and time-management skills
� Ability to size test efforts for future projects
� Bachelors Degree preferred
Additional Pluses:
� Experience in rapid application development environment
