Mirasoft Group is a major offshore software development company. Established in 1989, we are among the oldest IT companies in Eastern Europe. We are a dynamically growing group and we are looking for PM/Trainer
Requested skills:
- Working experience as PM/PL/group leader in SE/SW 0,5 years is a must
- Good English (written and oral) is a must
- Experience in code review, requirements management is a must
- Programming experience is a must
- Trainings development/knowledge sharing/presentations preparation experience is a plus
- Working experience of SE methodologies (e.g. RUP, XP, MSF etc.) is essential
- Working experience with SE quality standards (ISO, CMMI, etc.) is a plus
- Team building experience is a plus
Kind of work:
1. Project(s) processes deployment (meaning organizing processes activities)
2. Participation in role-based trainings development and conducting
3. Project(s) processes monitoring and control (planning, design, code reviewing, etc.)
4. Participation in project/organizational internal audits (planning, design, code reviewing, etc.)
5. Consulting Project managers
6. Meeting organization of knowledge sharing activities for developers, testers
7. Participation in team building
8. Reporting to Senior QAM
