An opening for an experience Software Test Lead responsible for leading a team of test engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with remote Program Management and Development teams; have outstanding organization, strong leadership skills and experience working with and leading the communication between on and off-site resources. The lead test engineering role will include hands on system level testing, test planning and test project management.
Requirements:
� Must speak English
� Strong ability to communicate status and escalate issues to a remote team
� Minimum of 5 years in Software QA/Testing
� Minimum of 2 years as a team lead or manager
� Strong working knowledge of software development processes such as MSF
� Experience testing internet ASP applications
� Proficiency in software test methodologies with regards to manual testing planning, execution, defect tracking and metrics analysis
� Excellent communication (both written and oral), problem-solving and time-management skills
� Ability to size QA/test efforts for future projects
� Bachelors Degree
Additional Pluses:
� Experience in rapid application development environment
