The Leader in Automotive Leasing is Currently Seeking for
Head of Legal Department.
Based in Kiev, with travel flexibility, reporting directly to CEO.
Duties: - Preparing and maintaining up to date framework agreements with clients and suppliers,
- Participating in new products development,
- Leading litigation and claims process,
- Scrutinizing Laws and informing directors about changes and impacts,
Requirements: - Commercial Law Degree (from major National University)
- Working experience of 3-5 years as in house lawyer in automotive dealership,
- Fluent in English,
- Well organized and PC literate,
