|
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Develop best trade programs and solutions for the assigned region in line with overall strategy and regional specifics;
• Analyze company’s brand dynamics in major trade channels of the region
• Plan, propose and agree regional requirements for temporary and permanent Point of Sale Material for the region
• Plan and coordinate cycle and Value Added Offers activities in the region
• Provide input to the development of Trade Programs administration principles
• Develop and maintain effective collaboration with 3rd Party Agencies
• Supervise and develop subordinate(s) and enhance individual and team capabilities;
• Monitor and analyse all relevant market and competitive information
QUALIFICATIONS:
• University degree
• Awareness of local retail trade practice; deep knowledge of the Sales Principles
• At least 3 years of work experience in Sales; previous experience as District Supervisor/ Distribution Development Executive
• Proficient skills of all MS Office applications;
• English Upper-Intermediate level;
• Valid driving license, regular driving (min 1 year experience)
