Established and successful English IT reseller and services provider is opening up a new office in Kiev to support the 2 UK offices in growing our UK/European business. We are looking for following specialists:
Internal IT telephone sales specialist:
-1 years experience minimum in an english speaking role;
-knowledge of IT security (firewall, vpn, ssl vpns, email/web content management, anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-spam etc etc)
-Services sales experience is a preference (outsourced managed security services, 24 x 7 tech support, onsite training, auditing, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing services, bs7799, risk analsysis etc etc).

Internal Technical Support - 1st and 2nd line specialist:
-good knowledge of English
-computer science degree and/or experience in technical support (updating technical and commercial documentation, maintaining and updating the secure portal; control all service/s contract details for each technology, incidents or requests that have been received and actioned)
