REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years experience in J2SE/J2EE application development
- Strong OOP and design patterns knowledge
- Struts and OJB framework experience
- WebSphere application server experience
- Good database and SQL skills
- Fluent technical English
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Oracle 9/10 experience
- Good understanding of software development process
- Project estimating and planning skills
- Basic German
