Compulsory skills:
� Excellent spoken and written English.
� Minimum of 3 years of Java development ideally including build, integration and test.
� Use of version control systems (ideally Subversion).
� Use of automated build systems (ideally Ant).
� Use of automated test packages.
� Unit test - ideally JUnit and FlexUnit.
� Automated UI test.
� Line management/Team leading.
� Recruitment.
� Experience of large scale, multi-platform systems.
