Key roles and responsibilities:
1. Transfer employees from outsourcing providers (leasing companies) to Big Company and ensure regular payroll scheme for the following categories: Staff employees (Трудовой договор), Private Entrepreneurs (Частный предприниматель), Consultancy Services (Договор подряда).
2. Working with the fixed asserts: transfer all furniture & equipment items from leasing companies to Company balance. Responsible for inventory of all newly purchased items.
3. Ensure regular payments to vendors, managing the cash flow.
4. Reporting to tax authorities, statistics, pension fund etc.
5. Basic finance reporting to the Executive’s Committee.
6. Assist Director in creating budget requests for general office needs.
7. Assist HR Director in basic HR Administration function (sick leaves, vacation processing etc).
8. Perform other duties required.
Compulsory requirements may be:
• Min. 3 year experience on the similar position
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting standards (local taxation, reporting to the state authorities: Tax administration, Pension funds, statistics)
• Relevant educational background (economic, finance, etc)
• Good written and spoken English
Desired but not required:
• Working experience with the company start up is a plus.
• Basic HR Administration experience (vacation, sick leaves)
• Good knowledge of International Accounting standards, GAAP
• International qualification in CIMA, ACCA
