Required skills:
- 5+ years experience in J2EE application development
- Strong OOA/OOD/OOP, UML and design patterns knowledge
- Practice with JDBC, JSP, EJB, WS and XML technologies
- Experience with third-party Java frameworks
- Oracle and SQL Server knowledge
- Project management and customer communication skills
- Fluent English
Desirable skills:
- RUP development process understanding
- Project specification experience
- On-site visit experience
- Basic German
