� Experience with business solutions and business processes
� A technical background
� An understanding of the automated software testing (experience with any test tool such as Visual Test or Test Complete, is a plus)
� Experience with the ERP-class systems
� A good grasp of technical English
� English fluency at an intermediate level
� Mastery of word processing with MS Word
