Our client, the leading Ukrainian law company represented internationally is opening the position of:
HR Director
Responsibilities:
-Develops and implements the Firm’s HR strategy
-Develops and implements the Firm’s HR policies and procedures
-Develops, analyzes and controls the HR budget
-Structures and coordinates the Firm’s corporate learning and development
-Develops, approves and implements the Firm’s compensation programs and bonus system.
-Sustains and enhances the Firm’s corporate culture
-Develops together with the COO and Partners the individual development plans for all employees
-Controls Firm’s internal communications in cooperation with the Firm’s Business Development Director
-Makes Partner-level recommendations on HR planning for legal practice development.
-Develops the training and development programs both for legal and administrative personnel
-Performs/coordinates interviews with lawyers and administrative personnel and gives recommendations for filling vacant positions
-Leads and manages the Firm’s annual performance appraisal process
-Leads and manages firm wide performance measurement/reporting
-Together with other Directors the HR Director recommends measures for firm wide continuous improvement for all administrative functions
Requirements:
-Education: Higher education focused in the area of human resources, second education in the field of strategic management and planning is preferred
-Work Experience: At least 10 years working within the professional services sector
International experience and strong background working in organizations lead by Western management practices
Languages: English (fluent, excellent knowledge of professional terminology), Russian
Computer skills: Advanced computer user (Microsoft Office)
-Ability to work in a team, coordinate work of subordinates and delegate tasks and authorities
-Leadership, ability to make decisions, then take responsibility and accountability for outcomes
-Proactive spirit, strong initiative, flexibility and commitment
