Customer support representative is needed urgently to work part time in office in Donetsk.
Job Description
• managing customer relations (customers orientation via phone calls/ e-mails/live chat/admin panel; problem solving, decision making, article writing)
• work schedule: 1 night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. followed by 2 nights off (total of 10 work nights in a month);
Requirements:
• High English proficiency, proved by excellent writing and speaking skills;
• Good communication and phone presentation skills;
• Good computer competence and developed online research skills;
• Relevant experience is highly preferable;
• Experience in living in an English-speaking country is an advantage;
• Team player with own initiative and ability to learn fast;
• Highly motivated, outgoing individual who can work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Starting salary – 425$.
