It’s important that developer:
· Know and use Java Best Practice
· Has developed websites with Jsp/Servlet
· Know how to generate a XML stream
· Able to develop in environment like Eclipse/Cvs.
· Flexible and adaptable
· Interested by international projects
· Fluent in English – he can Read, write, hear and speak.
· Used to work with frameworks
· Is experienced - J2EE - 2+ years
