The candidate must have:
* high education
* 2 - 3 years working experience in C++/C# or Java
* very good knowledge of SQL
* strong Object Oriented Programming skills / good knowledge of Object Oriented Design
* good technical English
* desire and ability to learn fast and willingness to constantly increase professional skills and knowledge
* good team player skills
* self-discipline in conjunction with creative approach to problem-solving.
Additonal desirable skills:
* working experience in programming under .NET 2.0/3.0/3.5
* working experience with MS Visual Studio 2005/2008
* working experience with SVN
* knowledge of network protocols
* experience of team development
