Head of HR Department
The role of HR Manager is to implement strategy and support the business objectives by means of effective management of the respective HR functions including but not limited to local and overseas recruitment, training and development. The role also includes responsibilities for HR projects aimed at recognizing, attracting and retaining the best Talent. This role will include close cooperation with the Partners and Management of the Firm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Advise management on HR strategy in areas of recruitment, development and compensation and implement agreed actions;
- Monitor, review and implement HR policies and procedures;
- Organize and coordinate recruiting activities;
- Ensure compliance with and advise on Ukrainian Labour legislation;
- Attend to and resolve day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to respective partners and managers;
- Coordinate the performance management process; ensure implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Coordinate training and professional development programs, identify training and development needs for the staff which are related to their businesses, supervise planning and arrangement of training, be aware of externally available programs;
Requirements :
- Qualification in Economics and/or HR related education;
- At least 3 years of experience in multinational company as HR manager or Deputy HR Manager � generalists positions will be given priority preferably;
- Proficiency in English, Russian and Ukrainian;
- Good management and leadership skills;
