Building, developing and managing national network of resellers and sub-distributors.
Setting priorities and objectives for partners, supporting their achievement.
Supporting partners in hiring developing and coaching their sales force (including sales training).
Selecting, training and managing the regional managers (direct reports).
Developing programs of priority cooperation with partners.
Developing regional sales. Managing partners’ sales activity.
Creating, developing and implementing marketing programs in order to achieve sales targets.
Providing marketing and informational support for resellers.
Results:
Centralized and regional sub-distributors network created. Loyal customers network created and expanded from 20 to 200 (including 50 authorized dealers) with sales-force about 500 people.
3 regional centers opened in Kiev, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk. Regional centers are managed on the basis of pre-agreed sales and activity plans.
The sales volume has increased by more than 200% over 4 years.
OKI market share of full-color printers in Ukraine reached in
2006 – 25,2% (units), 24,9% ($), 1-st place,
2005 – 30,7% (units), 21,1% ($), 1- st place,
2004 – 19,8% (units), 15,4% ($),
2003 – 22,6% (units), 14,9% ($),
2002 – 8,72% (units), 10,9% ($).
From 2004 Ukrainian office was approved as the regional head-office for CIS.
