Customer support representative is needed urgently to work part time in a copywriting company in Donetsk.
Job Description
� managing customer relations (customers orientation via phone calls/ e-mails/live chat/admin panel; problem solving, decision making, article writing)
� work schedule: 2 day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. followed by 2 days off;
Requirements:
� High English proficiency, proved by excellent writing and speaking skills;
� Good communication and phone presentation skills;
� Good computer competence and developed online research skills;
� Relevant experience is highly preferable;
� Experience in living in an English-speaking country is an advantage;
� Team player with own initiative and ability to learn fast;
� Highly motivated, outgoing individual who can work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Salary �starting from 425$ + bonus.
