As a personnel consultancy, HILL International is business-matching companies and their requirements on the one hand, and applicants and their interests on the other hand. The HILL network is represented in 20 countries with 37 offices and employs approximately 250 consultants, among them 140 business psychologists. Our operations on Ukrainian market date back to the early 90s, the official representation of the company was established in 2002. In line with the rapid growth of our business in Ukraine we are currently looking for several positions:
Recruiter
Personnel search and selection
Depending on the position level your responsibilities will include: recruiting project execution & managing key accounts; researching for the current projects. In all cases you will possess a high level of independence and responsibility to contribute effectively into the company’s business in Ukraine. Your place of work will be based in Kyiv center.
We expect from the applicants willingness to learn and develop, fluent English & interest in the HR/PR sphere. For this position, we appreciate also the previous experience in the field or recruiting/staffing.
