IMS Delivery Engineer, ��������� ������������� �� ������� ����������� �����
Job Description:
The IMS Delivery Engineer will under the direction of the IMS Delivery Manager perform all tasks assigned to him on a daily basis. This will include but not be limited to the following:
� Remote management of client servers
� Completion of tasks
� Tracking of effort by client
� Generation of reports
� Analysis of data
� Recommendation of actions to be taken.
� Ongoing training on new procedures
� Refining of Process and Documentation
� Identification of problems
� Limited troubleshooting
All written and verbal communication will be performed in English.
Engineer Skills:
Job Responsibilities Able to work in English
Clear Understanding of:
� Client OS: 95 - XP
� Server OS: 2000 & 2003
Clear Understanding of:
� Networking Fundamentals
� TCPIP
� DHCP
� DNS / WINS
� Active Directory
� NT Domains
Sufficient in the use of �key� Microsoft Office components
Experience within 1st and 2nd line support
Excellent diagnostic / troubleshooting skills
