Our client, leading international company within retail industry, due to active growth in the Ukrainian market, currently seeks:
Commercial Director
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of the sales, marketing and commercial strategies;
• Improve and maintain customer service and company marketing performance in the Ukrainian market;
• Lead, manage and support all pre and post contract commercial activities;
• Developing relationships with clients/supply chain/professional team;
• Cash management and Profitability of Projects;
• Promote Company Image;
• Risk management;
• Other duties as may be agreed from time to time.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of managerial experience in a commercial field;
• Familiar with working for an International organization ideally but not restricted to the retail industry;
• The ability to work cross-functionally is essential;
• Good knowledge and understanding of retail market in Ukraine and Russia;
• Proficiency in English.
