Our client, leading international company within retail industry, due to active growth in the Ukrainian market, currently seeks:
Commercial Director
Responsibilities:
� Lead the development of the sales, marketing and commercial strategies;
� Improve and maintain customer service and company marketing performance in the Ukrainian market;
� Lead, manage and support all pre and post contract commercial activities;
� Developing relationships with clients/supply chain/professional team;
� Cash management and Profitability of Projects;
� Promote Company Image;
� Risk management;
� Other duties as may be agreed from time to time.
Requirements:
� 4+ years of managerial experience in a commercial field;
� Familiar with working for an International organization ideally but not restricted to the retail industry;
� The ability to work cross-functionally is essential;
� Good knowledge and understanding of retail market in Ukraine and Russia;
� Proficiency in English.
